“Decent place to stay. It as good on the budget and yet was somewhat classy ”

“Property looks ok, Staff, customer services was a shamble. My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed. Receptionist were non interested to request. Its was so disappointing. ”

“The hotel claimed not having received the payment from the booking platform. So we had to pay again a higher amount. In the end we agreed on being refunded the dfference and are waiting for the money from the booking platform. In 2023 such things should not happen. It meant additional effort for everyone. ”
