“De hotel zelf in de residence heeft hele slechte service geen vriendelijk persoonlijk. Echt vreselijke personeel alhoewel de personeel die over de kamers gaan en echt over de five appartementen zelf zijn super. Ze doen er alles aan om het je aangenaam te houden. Zeer goede afhandeling. Borg wordt netjes terug gegeven je krijgt voldoende tijd om uit te checken er wordt een dag van te voren gevraagd of je later uit wilt checken. Zijn flexibel omtrent de schoonmaak. Ik ga hier zeker opnieuw boeken……

“We had a pleasant stay in this apartment and a very good communication with Khalid. Flat is very spacious and and we felt like “being at home” ! The apartment is very well localised, only 3 minutes waking to the metro and into the heart of Marina. Definitely book your own stay for business trip or holidays, for sure you will enjoy it ! ”

“We stayed at this property with our extended family while attending a nearby wedding. While the home itself has potential, our experience was unfortunately not as expected.The listing indicated accommodations for 18 guests, but in reality, there were beds for only about 10, and only three of the five bedrooms were made available. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host during our stay, we received no response. We had to arrange additional bedding ourselves to accommodate everyone.The……

Very enjoyable family holiday

"Everything was perfect. We were very happy with the services, the breakfast, the room, the outdoor pool, other facilities and the beautiful sea view! The resort was very well maintained. It's about a half-hour drive from the airport. You can also take the monorail to visit the Nakheel mall and the Atlantis waterpark on the Palm Jumeirah island."

Excellent service

"Excellent service. The lobby manager helped us arrange early check-in. The staff kindly helped us take the luggage to the room. I'm sorry that I was too tired to remember their names at that time. The location is very good. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Dubai mall and Kite beach."
