“It was a nice property, but I had a lot of trouble connecting to wifi. they said someone would come install it, but it never happened. Nice staff though. It was also clean.”

“A pleasant stay. AC and wifi works great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet before we went off exploring and kids always looked forward to it. Hotel was clean and everyone was over welcoming adding joy to our stay. I requested for a baby crib, microwave ahead of arriving and it was ready in the room waiting for me. They had high chairs in their restaurants as well. We stayed at Hayatt Addis very comfortably. Pool was great as well. ”

“When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my booking. When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. I was so tired, confused, and unable to get hold of hotels.com. Afterall, my room was paid and confirmed. I asked them if I could just pay out of pocket for the night, just so I could sleep and then sort out the issue with hotels.com the next day. I got a room with no space, leaking……

“Everything works for me except that the Elevators are two small boxes for the entire building. I stand 12 minutes to get into one. Just pray there is no fire or emergency that you need to get out of that building fast. Otherwise, I like the service, cleanliness, and everything else.”

“I enjoyed my stay in this hotel close to the city center also the welcome and friendliness of the manager and the staff. The rooms are clean and spacious with a small balcony ,, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, as well as the dinner I took several times .. There is a good internet connection. The manager of the hotel is very friendly he is listening to his clients. Everything was perfect !”

“Good service for arrange shuttle between airport and hotel, and very nice guide you neigborhood area, if you need anything , just asking, they usually happy to help you.”
