“Everything was fantastic. Didn’t even bother us that the bed broke and we slept on the couches. We did fix said bed and made it even more durable, prior to our departure. Disappointed that the remnants of the porch cigarettes that were discarded in the kitchen/sink were held against us. This was very upsetting to me”

“We came to Midland to attend a Nike tennis camp for two days and had a beautiful restful stay at the Crabtree house! Being greeted by a warm loaf of sourdough bread and butter was just so warm and welcoming! Outside of the amazing decor and attention to detail throughout the house- fluffy towels, amazing bedding, great kitchen amenities, roasted locally roasted ground coffee, and a fun carafe to make our drip coffee in - created both a warmness and feel of being treated that could not be……

“This place is a fisherman’s and duck hunters dream stay. There was 7 of us staying there for a few days to fish and the bonus rooms of the entry way and the garage that they turned into a gathering area of larger groups to watch the game and have a few barley pops. The host family is great to deal with and there response time on any questions is unbelievable, and they have upgrades coming with a fish cleaning station along with other upgrades.We will stay here again and invite others to book……

Clark, the Premier Host, was attentive to answering all questions and if we had a request or need he took care of it quickly and provided additional "little touches" that were appreciated! The pictures online don't due the property the justice it deserve. The exterior and interior of the house are above par and the owner's personal items are beautiful.
