“Good experience for the stay. Room is clean and tidy although a bit old. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, shuttles service is not sufficient and had missed to pick us up for three times.”

“My stay at the Drury was honestly incredible! There were so many awesome amenities that I didn’t know about before booking. There was complimentary dinner for one! And it came with 3 alcoholic beverages too. There was a 24/7 fountain pop machine. And a mini convenience store. Also continental breakfast! I would love to stay here again in the future. ”

“We were only here for 1 night and we were sad that we were leaving the 2nd day. The desk staff went above and beyond and were incredibly friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we could want/ need. ”

“Property was very nice itself and conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic. I like that they have a shuttle, but we walked some of the time. The onsite restaurant and bar is nice, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings. I do not like that they don’t have hotel parking unless you’re willing to pay for valet. We had to park at the Cleveland clinic garage and walk back. Would stay again, but really don’t like the parking situation. Nice onsite gym, pool and sauna as well.”

“Very clean. A dated but charming old mansion. Wonderful bed! Great tub! Keurig coffee pretty good. Had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs - only precaution. ”

“Lobby was modern with MCM furniture, fireplace and bar. The bar was never open while we were there. Elevator was old and slow. The numbers didn't light up at every floor. Paint rubbed off on the numbers or askew. Room was nicely renovated and pretty clean. Lots of crumbs in the chair though. Pillows were very flat, would prefer if there were soft and firm pillows provided. Towels had stains but smelled clean.”
