“Prachtig hotel op een fantastische locatie in Antwerpen. Uitzicht op het park. Bezienswaardigheden en winkels op loopafstand. De kamer was zeer netjes en luxe. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt. Punt van aandacht: Helaas was de wellness niet compleet omdat het bubbelbad niet gebruikt kon worden. Het Turks stoombad werd pas laat ingeschakeld. Dus daarvan konden we laat gebruik maken. In de communicatie stond dat je de receptie kon bellen, maar er hing……

“This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The room comes with a kitchen, which is new and fully equipped, so we can enjoy self-cooked dinner and breakfast. But there is also a 24-hour hotel front desk service. The service staff are young and very friendly to help guests. There are lockers for storing luggage and seats for guests to rest. The location is great, right in the city center. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Antwerp Central Station and Antwerpen Roosevelt perron. It……

“Downside is there is no front desk or any staff for that matter if you need assistance. We weren’t given bathrobes although it was listed in the amenities online, the shower head was flimsy and didn’t stay upright and there were exposed wall wires by the vanity/sink mirror. For a property listed as ‘luxury’ you would expect better. Other than that it was a pleasant stay the vibe of the room is great and looks like the picture nice and spacious also the location is perfect close to dinning and……

“The location is great , close to most of the sightseeing spots, but in a quiet location! Also, this hotel itself is full of beautiful history for you to explore! All the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially, the girl in the front desk, Marianne , who help me to book all the great restaurants during my stay! ”

“Friendly staff clean, modern room. The only problem was that there was no closet or wardrobe, no hangers only 4 wall hooks. That led to nowhere to hang towels which were not changed during a 2 night stay. ”
