“Prachtig hotel op een fantastische locatie in Antwerpen. Uitzicht op het park. Bezienswaardigheden en winkels op loopafstand. De kamer was zeer netjes en luxe. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt. Punt van aandacht: Helaas was de wellness niet compleet omdat het bubbelbad niet gebruikt kon worden. Het Turks stoombad werd pas laat ingeschakeld. Dus daarvan konden we laat gebruik maken. In de communicatie stond dat je de receptie kon bellen, maar er hing……

“Great very large apartment that could easily be used for long stays. Very modern, very safe. but minor issues: 3 of 6 fire sensors were missing/stolen? No microwave. Power sockets at each bed used by lights so no spare sockets for chargers. Street parking very difficult, pre-book limited onsite parking a must. Claimed 24/7 WhatApps support but messages unanswered.”

“The room was good, but please can you please provide bigger garbage can in the rooms. it barely fits a tissue. Separately my fridge was not working at all. Also the TV has very limited channels, a lot of the channels are completely distorted, you can hear but not see anything. The cleaning crew came by on Saturday to clean my room, np but they shut the heat in my room, the weather was very cold . Not acceptable”

“It is once in a while you come across some really quaint little hotels that give you a "special" feel over and beyond the large sterile non descript hotel chains. B in Antwerp was an experience that we would always remember,we stayed in 2 different rooms no 1 and no 2 ...both were an amazing experience beautifully designed with very high ceilings and lots of character. Room no 2 has an open toilet and open bathtub inside a part of the room itself which can be an issue for some people, i would……

“Overall, it is a good hotel. Good points: reasonable price, large room, and good lobby. the location is closed to the Jewish community, which means closed to the diamonds shop. Negative points: the room is towards the street, so it will be very noisy in the morning. Customer needs to deposit 250 eur with credit card during checkin as guarantee. it is too high for such a room. Due to some technique reasons, my depot is not released during check out. i need to wait for about 20 days to get them……
