“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. “We found the staff throughout the place very friendly and willing to help with any of our needs. The spa is exceptional and well place. the poolside staff were very welcoming and attentive. Our suite is breathtaking. We loved having our 50th Anniversary here and will definitely come again. Thank you for a memorable stay.”
