“I stayed at Sky City Hotel Dhaka last week. During my stay, the housekeeping staff noticed that I liked to have extra pillows. Without me asking, they always made sure there were plenty of soft pillows on my bed every day. The restaurant in the hotel was also a great experience. One evening, I was feeling a bit homesick and the chef, upon learning this, prepared a special dish that was very similar to my mother's cooking. It was like a warm hug in the form of food. “Staff is very welcoming and courteous. Service is very good. Location is very central, but like everything in Dhaka, lots of traffic and noise.”

“Location of the hotel is very good with all the major shopping centers and restaurants are nearby. Coplimentary breakfast is good, but would be better it could be provided earlier. AC was not working due to faulty plug. Overall the Customer service is good.”

“This hotel is in good condition. Amenities are good, located in prime location. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Foods are delicious. But the surrounding sound polution is a big disturbance. One of the political party office is very near by and always loud miking is very painful to stay in the room. Also, I was very wondering and surprised me not to allow any female guest in the room. Other than that it's a good place to stay.”

“Siisti hotelli ja hyvä palvelu. Viereinen katu oli vilkas ja autot tööttäilivät sillä paljon, joten liikenteen melu kuului huoneeseeni, vaikka huoneeni olikin neljännessä kerroksessa eikä kadulle päin. Melu ei ollut niin kovaa, että se olisi häirinnyt nukkumista. Aamupala oli hyvä ja alueella oli hyvin ravintoloita.”

“町の真ん中。近くに大きなモールがある。ホテルの面した通りは、狭く混雑していて、ピックアップの車の乗り入れ、待ち合わせが難しい。お部屋に小さなネズミがいて、夜中に何度か見た。エアコンは良く効く。”

“I like dinning facilities but did not like only desk guys attitude. They are polite but not showing good respect to the clients”

“I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!”
