“Clean, easy check in even if busy”

“Communication was very good but no one is on site which makes it difficult if anything comes up (ex: we needed a late checkout but were unable to secure it). I found the bed uncomfortably firm (& definitely not queen size, as expected). Overall a clean place with a lovely cafe in the lobby. ”

“Our TV wouldn't connect to the Wifi. There were 3 people in our room trying to figure out how to fix it. After about 30 min, we were moved to a different room but that TV also didn't connect to the Wifi so we gained nothing. Problem was not resolved. On the positive side, enjoyed the Bistro in the lobby. ”

“Interesting layout. To get to my room I actually had to exit the lobby area, go back outside, jump in my car and drive it around the block. Then there was a very short walk to the outer door which needed a key card, and my room was another short walk from that actual door. The room was much bigger than I expected, the bathroom was clean, the curtains were good at blocking the light, and the bed was very comfortable. Thumbs up!”
