“Restroom need to be shared. It is inconvenient. Mattress is too soft. Fridge is very big. Kitchen is very big. ”

“The doorlocks are opened by programmable cards. They did not work like they should have. Other guests had the same problem, especially on the ground floor.”

“Beautiful area tucked away in a really pretty business neighborhood. The actual hotel shows signs of age but everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was tricky and there was a drip coming from the faucet, but I just closed the bathroom door that night to block the sounds and let the staff know. I plan looking at this property again the next time I am visiting Provo. East Access, good parking”

“Absolutely adorable place! Impeccably clean, perfectly coordinated decor and an overall great vibe! So much attention to detail with everything! We were so comfortable & cozy- it was hard to leave! Easy and safe access with great parking too! We were just sad at that lack of community recycling- sadly, everything goes into the garbage. :(”

“The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities are modern and very nice. Kitchen was great! We used the laundry facilities and they were clean and efficient---easy to pay with an app. We were happy they had hot breakfast options. There is a Target close by and many dining options. It is convenient to the freeway. We would stay here again.”

“The suite is adorable, and I love that there is a balcony right outside the room as well as a nicely landscaped courtyard with a hot tub. The character of the old building is so welcoming and charming. I appreciate the small details like house plants, robes, and gold silverware. I wish I could stay longer! I'll be back when I need a personal retreat in the future.”
