“This is a ridiculous hotel. (1) They DIDN'T close the door after they cleaned my room. (2) They have hidden charges. I booked a room with two single beds, though I said I came alone. My friend stayed with me for one night. They charged for staying over!!! Charging breakfast is fine, but charging second person for staying a two-bed room. That is RIDICULOUS. “Staff at reception was nice, gave us advice to nearby Italian restaurant Da Baggio was a great choice. We spent a very nice dinner with great value of food and service. We all happy with the stay and hope to come back again!”

“Jättefint hotell med bra läge. Firade ett av barnens födelsedag, frukostpersonalen fixade lte avskilt bord som var fint dukat med konfetti mm. Personalen bjöd på chokladdessert. Fina, vackra och bekväma rum med möjlighet till connecting rooms, perfekt med tonårsbarn. Parkering i källaren med hiss upp. Rekommenderas!”

“Hotel was a great stay overall. Upon initial arrival, the hotel was a bit hard to find (look for “Hotel 41” sign) and it stated there was parking at available but it was full. We parked at the parking garage by Aldis and it was 20 euros for 24 hours. Lots of restaurants and shops very close. The old town of Heidelberg was beautiful. Overall, very pleasant stay. ”
