“Good location in Lekki. Family holiday and we had 4 rooms on different floors and parts of the hotel. Check in was okay but staff need to be trained to be warmer and sharp when receiving guests. I had been travelling for hours and was exhausted and the lady at checkout looked bored and tired. “This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are……

“It wasn’t a good one at all. Took forever to check in. We were at the reception looking almost stranded for 4 hours. The bathroom had a bad smell, it was terrible. The food was okay but you won’t be allowed to serve yourself, even though it was supposed to be a buffet.”
