“Do NOT believe the listing. The person listing this 5 bedroom beachfront villa stole photos from another owner and owns a one week time share at a 3 Bedroom villa NOT on the water. He accepted my online booking for dates he did not even own and then told me for a “deal” I could rent it for another week (which he had no access to nor does he own the next week as a time share) and I would be all set. Flights were booked and 7 of us arrived to not a beach front villa and he charged me for 6 Nights……

“We had an amazing time at this property! The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet not too far from bustling Phillipsburg. There’s a little grocery store nearby, which made it easy to pick up essentials. You definitely need a car to get around, but the beach is just 10 steps away from the pool, which is so convenient! “Hidden gem. We stayed for 4 nights and it was the perfect quick getaway to reset and recharge. Waking up to the phenomenal view of St. Barths on our balcony was completely breathtaking. The property grounds were beautiful and safe. The host was accommodating, quick to reply and she gave us a list of wonderful and delicious restaurants for us to visit. We will certainly be back!”

“Casa Leone is a little private paradise. The view of St. Barts and Guana bay are the best. The property is very private even though your neighbors and the pool are only a few steps away. The accommodations are not perfect having weathered numerous hurricanes and the relentless wind and tide, but they are well cared for and perfectly functional. “My husband and I stayed at the Waves for 7 nights in early February. As described, it does feel like you're on a cruise without the rocking. We enjoyed listening and watching the waves. Aside from the paint color outside (it's white now instead of pink) the inside pictures are accurate. Frank, the owner, was very responsive when we inquired about booking. “If you are looking for the trip of a lifetime visit Sint Maarten and stay at the Jewel. From the moment you walk into the home you will be amazed by the breathtaking views and the spaciousness of the home. The outdoor areas are meticulously maintained. Our family of 10 ranging from ages 8 to 66 had such an amazing time. The property is located that you can easily explore both sides of the island. Ginny was absolutely wonderful.
