“We stayed at this cabin for a weekend getaway and while there were some highlights, it fell a bit short of expectations.When we arrived, the air freshener scent was overwhelming — like it was covering up the fireplace smell, which I would’ve preferred. Thankfully, it faded after a while.The cabin could use more attention to detail with cleaning. There was a lot of dust on the ceiling fans, plants, and top of the fridge. “We had a great stay. Everything was exactly as described. The place was perfect for us to relax. The road noise was pretty loud at times, but we have probably just gotten used to our quiet country road at home. This was a fantastic find and we will be back next time our travels bring us this way. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The property is very nice. It's apparent a lot of upgrades have been made and more to come. Heck, there's even tissues throughout the house which you don't find many places. The only pick I have is that steps leading down to the house were barely cleared of snow/ice and very difficult and dangerous to negotiate with suitcases. I shoveled them myself the next day.”

“Rustic but new, clean and comfortable place to stay that was very quiet and removed from only other rental along the gravel road. Outhouse was very clean, no bugs, and easy to use despite needing to go outside to the corner of the cabin. Hosts very responsive and helpful, would stay again. I would note that the Wifi is on the weaker side but I was able to do everything I needed. ”

If you do have a dog like we do they also make the dog feel very welcomed. I would most definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who wants peace & quiet & a beautiful view of the mountains.”
