“We stayed at this property during our annual visit to Leesburg. We enjoy the downtown area (easy to walk) and catching an Uber to the local vineyards! House was perfect for our group of 5. Majority of our time at the house was spent sleeping, but we all felt comfortable and had enough space. Three bathrooms were great! ”

“Overall this was a great place for a getaway with my husband! The cottage is very well done. It's incredibly clean, well stocked, and the furnishings and supplies are quite nice. The view is absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful. The "downsides" were that a bridge is under construction until late 2025 in the area so it takes longer to get to any stores. The last 5 minutes to the property are complete gravel roads and the very last part is a little steep. It's secluded but there is a house next……

“Overall we loved the place. The beds slept great even the sofa bed. They had a nice thick memory foam for it. The grounds were beautiful and we had a garage to pull into to get out of the weather. The only complaint one of the girls had was the shower was not for big girls. It was a tight squeeze but we totally enjoyed it and will rebook in warmer weather. ”

“Wonderful property for a girls' getaway! The owners are very responsive to messages and communicated well with us. Clean, comfy beds, had everything we needed. The hot tub was a plus on a snowy weekend.”

“I have never felt more welcomed at a VRBO. Our host, Linny, goes out of her way to make you feel at home. From the excellent communication starting from the reservation and continuing throughout the stay to farm fresh eggs, orange juice, muffins, and wine awaiting our arrival. I highly recommend this VRBO and will definitely making another reservation here soon.”

“It is truly a four-season view! The home has plenty of space and is nestled over the river perfectly. The owners/property managers were responsive, kind and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone!”
