“The room was nice enough. The service is different than was expected. It was interesting to have to call and order clean towels or room service each day. The cleaning staff to the front desk didn’t understand the service schedule. ”

“The hotel was very nice, staff was nice but not very attentive. We went to the rooftop and our oder was forgotten, we asked for refills on the complementary room amenities from the fron desk and these were also forgotten. Housekeeping picked up but did not really clean. Although the breakfast service was very good.”

“Jackie at the counter was the sweetest. She's proving there are still good people in this world. ”

“The staff where very friendly and hospitable. The property and room was very clean. The AC unit in the room sounded like a squeeky out of balance lawn mower. It was awful! So other than the poorly maintained air conditioner unit. The stay was nice overall and I would return. ”
