“Fantastic property with exceptional ambiance, friendly staff, terrific location, unique decor, relaxing bar/restaurant, and comfortable rooms. There’s really nothing more one could ask for in a home away from home. Can’t wait to go back! ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“Easy check in, nice public space. Options for seating - booths, tables, couches and chairs.”

“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.”
