“My first visit to Denver was truly beautiful, and my stay at the Hyatt Regency at Colorado Convention Center was, overall, very satisfying. From check-in to the hotel’s convenient and safe location, everything met my expectations, and I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues. However, on the day of my checkout, I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks café located inside the hotel. I ordered an iced latte before heading to the airport, but was given a hot one……

“Had two nights. The hotel mechanical equipment was outside or window but the noise was not bad. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. It was convenient to get food and other activities only walking. Overall good stay”

“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.”

“Room was clean, spacious.. but the entire hotel, minus the lobby, is outdated, older and slightly Dingy. Old carpets, elevators floor crackled under my feet. Almost sank a bit. Overall pretty outdated. The lobby gives new appearance. The rooms give 1980’s vibes. Not bad for the price, though, I will say that. You gotta expect a little weathering from a hotel room just under 200. Staff was very very kind. I slept great. So can’t really complain. Oh, don’t go walking around the hotel at night.……

“The room was comfortable and had an interesting view of the street, there was a small issue with the heating/AC unit making a lot of racket, but that was quickly fixed by the maintenance staff. Only real complaint was that the tiles and grout on the bathroom floor desperately needed repair, with multiple loose tiles and chunks of grout sticking to our feet and shifting under us as we walked in the bathroom.”
