“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. “Came for the tub and architecture(delicious copper depth and available serotonin soak did not disappoint!) and must say was pleasantly surprised by the true emphasis on ways to build community during the stay via the sibling of a pizza place next door. “This was a great fun place for a girls weekend. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Good AC. Very nice neighbors and complex. Good price and deal. About a mile walk to larimer square and 16th Street and LoDo. Plenty of cheap Uber if you don't want to walk or use the lime scooters. ”

“Stayed here recently with 5 friends and had a lovely time! The house is well appointed, mattresses were very comfy (a couple of us split the kings, while others got their own beds), and the communal spaces were great for us to hang out. There’s a ton of natural light in the house and its verticality meant that the view from the roof deck was incredible! Watched the fireworks (4th of July) up there and had a great time. The elevator helped a lot as well, so folks didn’t have to schlep their bags……

“The location was good with vacation necessities nearby - a great brewery, (Zuni) wine shop (Amendment 21) and Italian restaurant (Tiny P's) Safe & easy walkable neighborhood with bus stop steps from the door. If you can't find parking, hotel across the street will sell you a spot ;)”
