Loved the combined kitched/dining room in the upstairs , with the outside seating balcony. Decor was fun and beachy. Nice screened porches both upstairs and down.Living room was very big and homey. “We had an amazing time during our stay. We loved the calm and relaxing feel as well as the outdoor amenities on the water. We used the kayaks for paddling and the dock for fishing. Would highly recommend!”

“We had a great time. It was about 40 minutes to the Williamsburg area, but the peace and quiet at the location more than made up for it. The sunrise's and sunset's were beautiful. ”

“The property is tucked away in a peaceful, secluded spot where the only sounds you’ll hear are from nature itself. I especially loved the private beach, it was such a relaxing escape. We spent most of our time fishing off the boat deck, which quickly became our favorite hangout. We did come across a few bugs, but nothing unexpected for the setting. Overall, we had a wonderful time.”

“This was our third trip to this house.....we love the location, it is private and picturesque...we got to see the bald eagles again!!!!!! WE love the 30 second walk to the beach and the calm water of the bay! The local environment is also beautiful...especially the towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock and the local marinas. The home is beautiful. WE hope to return! ”

“This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first……
