“Chen in旅館時告知對方我是素食者詢問櫃檯是否能給我素食早餐（蛋奶可），櫃檯人員告知他們沒有素食餐飲，但會向廚師詢問是否可將明天早餐改為素食套餐，第二天我到了餐廳看到我的早餐已經改為蛋奶素，真的非常感動，心中非常感謝櫃檯和廚房人員的幫忙。旅館位置佳，很乾淨，服務態度非常好，我有機會再到日光還會再來住這裡。”

“The hotel is exactly what I imagined a perfect stay would be like in Japan. It has EVERYTHING I expected. The traditional style, the view, the food, the vibe.. The staff are very welcoming and responsive and helpful. I bought the half board. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. The location is also great, very close to the sites and nice cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommended! Would definitely stay longer for a week next time in Nikko. ”
