“Our room on 10F had a great view of the city. It was new, spacious and comfy. The staff checked us in failed. She handed us the keys and done. No explanation of the hotel facilities and that we had to bring towels from the room to the spa. When I asked about breakfast arrangements, she said no breakfast plans for our room. I had to bring out my booking print out to show her our plan. She then checked into her systems for several minutes to confirm she was wrong. And then another several minutes……
