“In Huntsville area to visit with grandchildren. Booked this location for the close proximity to Huntsville, for the lake, water activities (kayaks, paddle boards) and pet friendly. Could not have asked for a better location !! The Windermere is a bit rustic, but well appointed and we loved it. Can’t wait to visit again !!! Also, the cleaning staff, especially Miss Lady, were wonderful - Thank you !”

“Huge house, lots of space for everyone. We had a rainy stay so we didnt get out much. Really loved the screened patio as the bugs stayed out and the breeze came in. Bathrooms where well stocked and clean. Is a great place for a great price. ”

“5 of us stayed at the house and it was a great choice to book here. Check in was easy, the house had plenty of space for us to all sit at the table or in the lounge room. The kitchen had most everything needed (measuring cups would be my suggestion). Everything was very clean, bathrooms were well stocked. No complaints at all. Loved the fire pit even though it rained. I will let anyone know that the single beds are not really appropriate for tall people. We had a few feet hanging over the end of……

“A perfect getaway with friends and family! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it mentions accommodation for 10, it’s worth noting there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and additional sleeping arrangements are provided through a sofa and an air mattress. Overall, a great stay with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home.…!!!”
