“Stayed in a double bed for 1 night in early September. The room was tidy, decor felt authentic, and everything in the bathroom worked well. Had no issues with cooling using the AC. The only minor gribe was that the WiFi was a bit slow due to only a 2 bar connection in our room. In the dining area it was much faster. The included breakfast was really nice, and the family running the place are friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good overall, several eateries in the immediate vicinity……

“If you come to Khiva you must stay at Yoqut Guest House! They treat you like family - we were even invited to a wedding, which was fantastic! Meeting people and experiencing local culture is the ideal way to travel. Cannot recommend enough. 😃”

“Beautiful colonial style house, with a wonderful courtyard where you can drink a chai and relax in the shade after a walk in the huge Margilan bazaar. Nice and comfortable rooms, excellent beds. Standard breakfast.”

“even there was no view at all in my room I was pretty happy with the place. quiet and safe, privately owned place. english was not very used. breakfast: average, but good and healthy. near of Registan square (7 min walk), some restaurants nearby. parking: free, if you succeed to find a spot. good option for sure! ”

“Small family run hotel with very good & helpful staff, very near main tourist sites bar Sam craft pub& some restaurants esp Shokhrukh Nur. For pub street & more restaurants area Movenpick near Timur's mausoleum better option. But Seasons ok for these if weather clear.”
