“We stayed in a non-renovated room, and our first impression was that the carpet looked dirty. Honestly, this is not the standard we would expect, but in the end it is mostly a visual matter of paying for a non-renovated room. For a lower price it was acceptable, and we understood it that way. The service from all the staff was impeccable, and the hotel’s gardens, swimming pool, and outdoor lounges make up for the details of the room. “酒店就位于水井广场，广场上有几间餐厅，还有两家冰淇淋店，其中一家排好长队的就是拿了冰淇淋世界冠军的，我们试左两次，好吃。酒店内部环境唔错，好有小镇风情，早餐区有一排玻璃窗，可一边欣赏托斯卡纳景色，一边品尝美食。美中不足的是卫生间的地砖沾水后容易滑倒，要改善下。”

“We only stay here for one night, we needed a hotel with parking and this was a very good option, only thing to consider is that walking to the historic center is a long way and I recommed to use your car since there are not taxis or options.”

“The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.”
