“Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day. ”

“We had a beautiful view from the balcony and the room was nice. The bathroom was well renovated. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant and they catered for gluten free. The only criticism i have is the swimming cap rule also applies to the spa and we felt like it wouldn't be as relaxing so we didn't buy access.”

The golf was excellent, the food was consistently good, and the service was friendly and professional. It is remote, which adds to the charm, but just a heads-up: if you need anything like Advil or small essentials, the nearest town is about 20 minutes away on a dirt road. Overall, everything was well done. We’d absolutely come back.”

“The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk).
