“Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal. Das Haus war nur teilweise gereinigt. 1 Bett im Obergeschoss war nicht frisch bezogen. Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. Die Toilettensvhüssel und das Waschbecken wackelten. Im Untergeschoss war die Kaffemascine verschimmelt. Die Couch und der Sessel waren durchgesessen und nicht benutzbar. Die Toilettenschüssel……

“Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, das Haus, der Garten, die Lage, der Pool toll, das Objekt war eine Wohlfühloase, dem Vermieter ein Lob, alles vorhanden für einen schönen Urlaub, in dem kleinen Ort Radiconfani viele schöne Restaurants, Trattorias, zu empfehlen die Trattoria le Ginestre, da stimmt alles, das Essen, der Wein, die Trattoria selbst, der Wirt und sein Team mehr als hervorragend. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder(6 -10). Grandioser Urlaub, danke.”

“Beautiful property located outside of a quaint town. Property was spotless. Furniture was warn but gave a very authentic vibe. If you’re considering this property think of it as two separate homes in one building. Each floor had bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces and kitchens. The separate building with gym, laundry and sauna was fantastic. Home is in the countryside so expect bugs. Kept us from keeping windows open. Owner and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful with……
