“Our stay at Il Poggio dell'Eremita was nothing short of magical! Its a beautifully appointed home, very clean and comfortable! The location is breathtaking, surrounded by mountains, olive groves and ancient walled cities. Our hosts were gracious and kind, available to answer questions, but also allowed privacy. Fabrizio went above and beyond to help us with a car issue, essentially making it a non-problem. Tranquil, peaceful, beautiful and convenient to many places of interest, I could not……

“We spent a very enjoyable week in picturesque Chiusdino. Loved the little town with shops and restaurants (our tip: il minestraio!) within walking distance and great views of the countryside. Went to Siena, Firenze and San Gimignano and walked to the abbey of San Galgano. The house is spacious with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is equipped with plenty of towels. We had the (guilty) pleasure of the pool with a great view and used the outside dining area a lot. Tip: An extra cutting board and……

“La casa è ben posizionata ma necessita di manutenzione, un bagno perde l’acqua, due volte richiesto l’intervento di in idraulico per mancanza di acqua calda questo in pochi giorni di Spa per rilassarsi non è gratificante. In cucina mancano gli utensili per preparare una cena per 5. Bicchieri e piatti sono contati.. a parte questi dettagli. Ci è piaciuto molto lo staff è cordiale il ristorante è molto buona e le piscine sono molto pulite e piacevoli.”

The view out our front window was incredible along with the front porch and pool overlooking their vineyard and rolling hills. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, well kept, and an authentic Tuscan villa experience. And, their own wine is fabulous!”
