“The property is a charming historic hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely as well, though it was a bit chilly to use it. We enjoyed sitting beside it. Our room was well appointed though cosy. People who enjoy a spacious room would want to specify that when booking. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner.”

“We were really impressed with this hotel. We have toured France for three weeks, Bergerac was our last stop. Having stayed in boutique accommodation with Michelin star restaurants and paid through the nose for it, it was a refreshing change to get good value for money at an equally good hotel like this one. “The hotel décor is good, very clean and comfortable. Staffs are excellent, friendly and patient. Breakfast is good. Hotel is next to St Lazard station, convenience to take train and metro. Unfortunately the shower room has no curtain, after shower, especially washing hair, toilet is all wet. If this is not improved, I don't think I will stay again as shower is very important after a long day without taking care of watering on the floor.”
