“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“La mejor opción para quedarte en Madrid, mejor ubicación imposible, te queda todo lo turístico a 5 minutos caminado, hermoso barrio, seguro.
