“Surprise en arrivant à la maison, celle-ci est conforme aux photos sauf que les photos ont du être prise il y a bien longtemps, tout est là mais les équipements sont vétustes, le ménage n’est pas fait, nous avons du y passer un bon moment surtout pour installer les ados dans la grande pièce d’en bas qui sert de dortoir, la piscine est à l’image de la maison, rustique et restée « dans son jus ». Les hôtes sont cependant réactifs en cas de souci ce qui nous est arrivé avec le réfrigérateur qui ne……

“Esta en un lugar muy tranquilo con mucha naturaleza. La piscina es ideal para relarte y pasarlo bien. La barbacoa es un punto extra. La casa en general muy limpia y comoda. Estubimos genial mi familia y yo. Y el precio muy bueno. Gracias por todo.”

“Hemos ido un grupo de amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). Los dueños de la casa nos trataron muy bien en el check-in. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que la casa tenga dos cocinas y la piscina climatizada que nos ha dado mucho juego. También destacamos la comodidad de las camas y los tres baños (éramos 13 por lo que nos vino genial).……

“We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights, and overall the stay was pretty good, the only blemish in the apartment is that it can be pretty cold during winter but with the heater on it’s alright. The biggest problem for us was parking, we would come home a bit late and we’d have trouble finding a spot to park in. All in all, the stay was pleasant and I’d recommend it for a small family since it’s located in a very good spot not too far from the airport or the city centre.”

“Todo estupendo, la casa tal como se ve en las fotos”

“This chalet was beautiful, and looks just like the photos. David and his wife were very attentive, welcoming and helpful, communicated with us with any questions before and after we’ve booked. The chalet is located about 5/10 minutes walk from the town where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops. Also about a 20-30 min drive from Madrid City. Perfect location. My group and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this chalet and we would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid or Alcala de Henares.……

“La casa no tiene aire acondicionado y a pesar de los ventiladores facilitados para cada habitación hacía calor. Los muebles de la cocina estaban rotos, con armarios desencajados, que para abrir uno tenías que abrir los otros porque se encajaban entre ellos. El mobiliario de la piscina estaba roto, sobre todo los sillones del exterior y alguna silla. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, encontramos varios objetos de anteriores inquilinos que estaban a la vista, lo que lleva a pensar que apenas……

“Llegamos tarde por motivos de trabajo y como nos habían dicho la casa estaba calentita. Gustavo nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. La casa era como habíamos visto, muy acogedora y nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. El entorno espectacular”

“Well appointed, diversed and good service with breakfast buffet. Very professional and friendly staff. Juaquin checked us in was great. The ladies at the breakfast were attentive. The lady shuttle driver that picked up at the airport at about 530 pm on 02/24 helped us with the suitcases. The cleaning lady greeted us while walking to the elevator. We loved the beds. The blackout drapes were excellent. My wife felt she had one of the best night's sleep ever. Even the security guard was friendly……

“La habitación era grande y la cama cómoda. La zona es tranquila y se puede aparcar en la calle fácilmente. El personal es amable y servicial y como única pega puedo comentar que la habitación estaba limpia pero el baño tiene los típicos hongos negros en los azulejos que se producen por la condensación i se podría limpiar con algun productos para sacarlos.”

Madrid trip

"Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation. It was much better although there is one socket is out of order, there are plenty sockets to use. But we couldn't go to swimming due to the problems delay, the pool is closed. David is nice and very helpful. Beware there is no kettle provided on normal room. The lobby is nice. There is a big supermarket nearby but closed on Sunday. "
