“Muchos años de fidelidad en este hotel y bastante contento siempre, pero está vez los suspendo por qué no puede ser que se tarde en darnos dos habitaciones más de media hora de reloj. La chica que nos atendió muy muy muy muy lenta (puede ser que sea nueva) en ese caso tiene perdón. Por lo general un buen hotel de tres estrellas con la cama muy cómoda y aseo amplio y muy bien. Al entrar mucha olor a tabaco y la verdad no fui a quejarme por la lentitud de la chica. En general bastante bien ”

“Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation. “Well appointed, diversed and good service with breakfast buffet. Very professional and friendly staff. Juaquin checked us in was great. The ladies at the breakfast were attentive. The lady shuttle driver that picked up at the airport at about 530 pm on 02/24 helped us with the suitcases. The cleaning lady greeted us while walking to the elevator. We loved the beds. The blackout drapes were excellent. My wife felt she had one of the best night's sleep ever. Even the security guard was friendly……
