“La cama y la ducha muy cómodas. Habitación confortable. Solo había un ascensor en servicio por lo que había que esperar bastante a determinadas horas. La recepción se queda pequeña, si vas de vacaciones te da igual, pero de negocios vamos siempre con prisas. Las vistas de la terraza espectaculares y bien atendidos. En general el personal muy amable.”

“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“I really really love this hotel. This staff are super helpful, they helped me to call the taxi to the airport and with my luggages also. The room was very spacious and caused me to walk a long corridor inside the room haha! It was secured too. ”

“The Tribu Malasana is clean, modern and centrally located. I requested a quiet room w a view and got one.🙂You have convenient kitchenette w, sink, frdge, microwave and even stove top. There's a couch, as well. We stayed for 7 days so perfect. Centrally located to most sites on foot. I would stay there again. There are 2 small flights of stairs, which can be an issue w luggage but there is an elevator after those. Reception was so helpful and warm/friendly. No matter who was at the desk, the……
