“Really great property that our group thoroughly enjoyed for a retreat! Accessible distance from Albuquerque and lots of space. Facilities are on the older side and well used but very clean and in good working order. Some notes on the layout:The cabin is about a 10 minute walk from the lodge / bunkhouse. “This property was extremely well-stocked with everything a person could need. The place was very functional for two couples like we had. Although Angel Fire itself is not as interesting a destination itself, especially in summer, it is convenient for visiting Taos and other parts of the Enchanted Circle area. “the water in the unit smelled like rotten eggs and the smell was over powering. The washer leaked all over the floor when we did a load of laundry. There was nothing to use to clean up the floor so we had to put down one of the towels. Between the smell of the rotten eggs and the water from the washing machine, our stay was less than desirable. ”

“We had a great time at this charming cottage: remote, quiet, beautiful nature. House was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the essentials and more! Including sunscreen :) The screened porch was a great place to sip coffee and watch the birds at the bird feeder- and stay away from the mosquitos! Grill was available along with all the supplies. “Cool place with interesting and appropriate furnishings. We didn't get to stay the whole time because we were hit with an unusual May snow storm and lost power, and water. Hard to communicate with Edward because of weak cell phone coverage without the internet. But he came through and refunded us for our lost night. “We loved the location, close to trails for hiking and we did some fly fishing. Cute surrounding communities made for a great stay - we only wished we had booked for longer. Host was quick to help us with updated codes at check-in. Fall is a beautiful time to stay in Angel Fire.”

“Just the right space for 4 adults and two teens and great proximity to the resort as well as grocery store. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing post ski. Deer were everywhere! Very friendly and not afraid of people. We enjoyed playing some of the games at the house and appreciated the outdoor fire feature on the patio. Love that big porch!. ”

“Very nice cabin with great location to Angel Fire. Easy 2 minute drive to the resort. 1 minute to grocery store. Pet Friendly with a fenced dog run off the porch. Owner was great and responsive. We had travel issues with weather and owner was great to work with.”
