“Brenda is a great host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is absolutely silent, which is good for the soul. We walked in the fresh snow to the edge of the gorge and it was beautiful. My only disappointment was that the fireplace in the suite is off limits due to some totally legitimate technical issues. Knowing that ahead of time wouldn't have made a difference except that I wouldn't have got my hopes up for a fire next to the bed. Arriving close to sunset while it was snowing meant……

“This place was exactly what we were looking for. A short drive to all surrounding ski resorts and town. The place is very well stocked with everything we needed. We sleep so comfortable and warm we had a hard time leaving every morning. Unlimited hot water!!”

“We stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. Beautiful historic home with local Taos authenticity that put us all in a GREAT mood! Even included a Christmas tree & holiday decorations. The 3 "large" bedrooms were very comfortable with great beds & bathroom areas. Lots of nice artwork, antiques, and color schemes in each room. “We had 4 adults and two teens and the location was perfect, also very close to skiing and restaurants. The property was very clean and accommodating and the shuffle board provided some good competitive fun as well!”

“It was a great property and a good location. Overall the condo was perfect, but the pillows were awful which impacted all of our sleep. Also, need to upgrade the paper products for the price we paid to stay there. Very scratchy and thin TP and no Kleenex to be found. We had some guys show up to fix the toilet right when we got there and if I was there alone with girls... I would have been a little concerned. Luckily our friend is a plumber so he fixed the problem and sent the "maintenance"……
