“We can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! ”

Firstly, the front desk staff was so helpful with touring and dining suggestions tailored for us, which led to a fantastic view of Santa Fe...including suggestions for my 20 year old's photography! The breakfast was delicious and dining servers very prompt and highly personable. ”

“So well run. Grounds are amazing with so many edible plants used by the chef when preparing her delicious gourmet brunch. Highly recommend if looking for a complete experience in a boutique hotel combining excellent spacious rooms, each with pieces of the owners history, a wonderful gourmet brunch, beautiful grounds, and only 10 minutes from the Plaza. We will be back!”

“Fairfield was clean. Staff friendly and they had a decent hot breakfast. They were very accomodating. We used the indoor pool and hot tub a few night. Our day was great.”

“The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. ”

“Very clean and functional. Amenities were plenty especially for the price point. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options good even though apple juice was not available the day I was there. In addition the ice machine on 2nd floor was not working. Many entry points into the facility which was nice. Only negative was the elevator was very confusing because it doesn't show a second floor even though one does exist and both lobby and 1st floor are the same. May be tough for a senior to……
