“This was a solid location, solid home. You can tell it was purchased with a quick-and-dirty turnaround as far as prepping it for VRBO-type stays.The host was responsive; the house was mostly clean; the appliances worked.This gets only four stars primarily because of a lack of light bulbs. Yes, seriously. Instead of light bulbs in the lamps in one of the bedrooms, there were click-on battery lights stuck onto where the light bulbs should go. The ceiling fan only had a bulb in only one out of……

“Host was very communicative and friendly. The house was just as described, very clean and homey in a nice quiet neighborhood. No complaints whatsoever”

“We were disappointed that the kitchen lacked any glassware, knives, forks or dish towels. We discovered rotting brown bananas left in a kitchen cabinet. When notified of these deficiencies, the property manager did not offer any resolution.”

“When we arrived at 9:30 pm it was 84 degrees in the house. It took until early morning before it was comfortable. We were also hit with the smell of dog urine. After the ac ran the smell went away. The house was clean and bedding was clean. There was a huge urine stain on one of the beds that did not come from us when we removed the bedding at the end of our stay. The location was great as it was an easy drive to many places were there to visit. ”

I also appreciated so many bathrooms throughout the home.Check in was very easy and the location was close to many restaurants.I also appreciated having fans. I like sleeping with a fan and I always appreciate when a rental provides them.”
