“The casita was great location to get to Grand Canyon easily. Beautiful views of mountains while sitting outside after long days of hiking. The road to the casita is a bumpy dirt road. Best to have suv type vehicle to clear the ruts and take your time .”

“Beautiful location deep in zone 7w. Weather conditions were less than ideal this year, but nothing to do with the property. The ammenities were perfect and the location provide easy access to usually prime hunting spots. ”

“This tiny house was a perfect home base for us during our Grand Canyon visit, and with such little light pollution we could see the Milky Way at night. Very cute and cozy little place. Thank you so much!”

“The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out……

“Absolutely perfect stay. The mini home was adorable, very tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable, entire set up made it feel bigger than it actually was. The town of Williams is an adorable western town to check out and less than 10 min away. Perfect location to visit the Grand Canyon. I would absolutely recommend staying here!”
