“The home was very clean, well stocked with supplies for guest to use and had a book with detailed instructions on everything the home offered. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Plenty of outside activities like horse shoes, a slack line, a hammock and disc golf net. The patio was spacious with a nice grill facing the woods. The deer came by in the evenings and multiple species of birds visited the bird feeder in the dinner table window. Great escape for large groups and we will……

“First time to stay in the high desert of northern Arizona, and in July to boot. All was wonderful about the cabin, the guest house, and the location. Everything worked well in the kitchen, in the baths, with the windows, the hot tub, WiFi, TVs, and the AC. A beautiful deck and view. Place was completely private and quiet, yet easily convenient to Williams and Flagstaff. Weather was wonderful, with only some brief monsoon rain on a few days. “The home was very clean and roomy for our group of 7! We felt right at home with waking up to hearing the rooster crow! The kitchen was clean and usable. Loved the openess of the layout, so we could all be together and not feel like we were on top of each other. We also loved the location! It was the perfect amount of time from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was about an hour and it was an easy drive. We loved visiting Williams which was a very short drive and had some great restaurants,……

“We stayed the night to be near Grand Canyon. The 1 mile dirt road was not so bad. The unit was as spacious as a hotel room would be. The 2 bathrooms were also spacious and the heater works fine! Large parking area. Neighbors are quiet. I believe this is really a place for travelers to just sleep and carry on. The Tiny home was also very clean and the check in and out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place.”

“Our family enjoyed all areas and aspects of this very beautiful and spacious home. With 14 of us, the 4 restrooms were a major plus. The kitchen has everything you need and more, our breakfasts were wonderful, and the grill and Blackstone flattop were put to use for big dinners. We played games (ping pong, corn hole, connect four, foosball, cards, taboo), cooked, hung out, sat around the fire and made smores, we enjoyed the outside weather and spent time with each other for a change.
