“We arrived in Valle de Bravo at the beginning of a holiday weekend, and unfortunately found out that our booking in Centro from another website was a fake listing. We were scrambling to find something that had 3 rooms available and hotel el arco was one of the only choices. We were disappointed to not be staying in Centro, but the hotel itself was very nice. “El servicio siempre amable, y la habitación limpia y con lo necesario, pero me pareció caro para lo que es, ya que se escucha mucho ruido de los coches pasar, no hay opciones de alimentación.”

“Expedia cometió un error que me costó muchísimo, llegué al sitio y no había una reserva hecha, la casa estaba ya rentada x otras personas, tuve que buscar un sitio a esa hora y pagar el doble xq ya no habían sitios disponibles, me parece terrible que además nunca nadie se fijó que la reserva estuviese hecha y tampoco se preocuparon x ayudarme!”
