“Incredible stay! The cabin was large and spacious with a beautiful big fire place which the staff help to light. The bath was amazing and the bed so comfortable! Each morning we played tennis and then enjoyed the sauna. We didn’t even realize there were other amenities when booking since there were no photos of the pool or shared spaces. The staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this stay! ”

“La propiedad superó mis expectativas con un diseño que otorga un amplio espacio, comodidad y buen gusto tanto en las recámaras, baños, sala, cocina y comedor. La visite con mi esposa, mis 3 hijos sus parejas y mis 5 nietos. Lo que más disfrutaron los nietos fue el jacuzzi. Su vista hacia el lago también es muy buena. La casa en general es muy amplia y ayuda a generar un gran ambiente familiar. La verdad se las recomiendo tanto para un fin de semana o varias semanas. Tiene cerca autoservicios……

“La vista de la habitación estuvo genial, tuve vista a los jardines y alberca. Me encendieron la chimenea que fue un 10/10, me encantó ya que estuvo lloviendo y el plus de la chimenea...fin de semana perfecto! Todo el personal fue muy amable, son muy atentos, iniciando por la llegada, en recepción.”

“We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at El Santuario! The location is breathtaking. We went Monday through Wednesday, so the resort itself was pretty empty. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! The room was clean, the view was gorgeous, and the bed was comfortable. We went to the Spa and felt total bliss. It was magical. For any non-Spanish speaking travelers who come here, it's important to know some basic Spanish because we only interacted with a few staff that spoke English.……

“Great facilities, the hotel is really beautiful, the arquitectura is really nice, furniture is new and of great taste. The only opportunity I see is the food, not at the level of the rest of the hotel and they have no vegan options. ”
