“Excellent small hotel and restaurant/bar. Rooms are large and really well designed in a historic building. We had the room with a kitchen and it had really good cooking extract piped to the outside. This might sound trivial but you will never forget the night you cooked in the same room as you sleep when there is no extract. ”

“Chambre trop sale, trop de poussière, Pas de sèche-cheveux, rideaux cassé, Petit déjeuner : trop moyen et surtout gâché par l'insuffisance quotidienne des estensiles de base (assièttes, verts, tasses). Attente de plus de 30 mn pour pouvoir avoir des oeufs.”

“Lovely hotel. Not sure it warrants four stars, but very friendly and clean. One thing, the windows open outwards with the opening starting only 6 inches from the floor on the third floor with a nothing to stop someone falling out. I have a photo but cant upload. Sorry.”

“Receptionist was most unfriendly to the point of ignorance. The room price demanded on arrival was 50% more than advertised on the website. When this was pointed out he just asked if I had a booking - if not then this was the only price available. I refused to pay extra, went online and booked through an agency for the advertised price and went to the desk again with my booking confirmation. He slapped the paperwork, passport and room key on the desk, pointed to the sky and turned his back on……

“This is a secluded mountain location. The staff are friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, it is a must if you are staying her to try the restaurant. There is a spa which I didn’t use. ”

“Estancia tranquila y agradable. Las empleadas muy amablrs, en recepción me imprimieron un documento que necesitaba y otro dia se me bloqueó el telefono y la jefa de recepcion me dejo su telefono pars llamar a la compañía y solucionar el problema ”
