“Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hallways and elevator needed vacuum. I should have requested a room close to the elevator because it was hard for my 87-year-old father to walk to the farthest room at the end of the hall. I also hoped to check in a little early because we were going to an event, but couldn't. I thought the beds were rather hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK not great. ”

“We booked this on the fly after a bad experience at a different hotel. Hands down the best customer service (Tobin deserves a raise) , clean, quiet and beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plenty of options. Will be staying again the next time we’re in OKC! ”
