“Was a nice, clean, and affordable two bedroom upstairs apartment in a duplex looking building, in a regular working class neighborhood. Definitely not handicap accessible but perfect for small Families. It seemed like the shower had a water softener and hot water never ran out. Street parking and had lots of air conditioners for the Summer so you won't roast. Said they had a blow dryer but couldn't find it. I had a great stay, Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. ”

“The property looks exactly like the pictures! It was nice and We do recommend! We had a couple of issues and Nick handled them quickly and efficiently! He was so easy to work with! As you get older you are not use to changes., he even answered our silly questions so quickly! The house is close to everything! Beach, zoo, downtown and even my daughters wedding and house! Thank you Nick!”

We loved the balcony out front. There are lots of food options nearby as well as a park with a swimming pool. ”

“Good location in Lorain. The building itself is a neat old building. There is no carpet in the room, which is awesome...all tile.. Some may consider the room dated, but at this prices point, you will get zero complaints from me. Overall, there was plenty to keep us busy for the weekend, some really good restaurants and we got to bring the dog, too. ”

“Went to CLE for the NCAA tournament. Location was great so close to Rocket Arena. Easy walk to the Rowley Inn featured on Triple D. Quiet neighborhood, easy street parking. Kia was very responsive and the apartment well decorated.”

“Great location to Rock n Roll Hall of Fame or a Guardians game. Host was very fast to respond with a parking challenge and a plumbing issue. The issues were addressed timely. Comfortable beds and great kitchen and living space. Fans in rooms were a nice touch along with two TVs.”
