“Great place for me and my husband. Pictures were extremely accurate. Beautiful view from the Deck and very peaceful and quiet. Well stocked and very clean. Just one thing...the remote for the living room TV needed to be charged. No batteries...its solar and there is a charger in the living room for the TV. This should be added to the book, as I had never seen anything like this before and couldn't figure out how to work it. Attempted to email the property manager and they had no idea about the……

“Quiet and cozy. Clean, up to date interior. The bed is extremely comfortable. This is obviously a secondary structure on the property which has been renovated into a cottage. This is more of an in-law suite airbnb situation rather than a vacation rental. Take note: THIS COTTAGE IS IN SOMEONE'S BACK YARD, and you can see directly into the primary house's windows. “I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! “I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud……

“This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property……

“This property was absolutely perfect for our trip to Rhode Island! It provided plenty of room for my husband and I, along with our two teen daughters and my mother-in-law.
