“I arrived amidst freezing outdoor temperatures to a warm and cozy interior. I was visiting family and was concerned about snow and ice, Laurie had assured me that it would not be a problem and she was right. The unit was exactly as described in the ad. Laurie made sure that the snow was shoveled and I had no problems getting out in the morning! A wonderful, peaceful getaway!”

“Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. ”

Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!”

We can imagine that their neighborhood is full of fun, sun, and activities in the summertime but when we visited in October, it was a perfect autumn escape. We were so happy we chose their cottage for our weekend trip, it was a perfect spot to stay between Saratoga Springs and Albany.
