“Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! ”

“I booked the “3 Bears Cabin” 3 months in advance of the Belmont Stakes @ Saratoga. We arrived very late at night due to weather & airline delays and drove in on a dark rainy night. We had good directions as well as a special code to get in. The cabin looked exactly as it had in the photos on line and was immaculately clean and in perfect condition. “Great house, great locaction and awesome host. We were in town for a show at SPAC and this property was close enough to walk to the venue. The house is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The host Mike was so nice and communicative. We will stay here agian and reccomend it to friends for sure.”

“My friends and I visited Saratoga for our 25th year college reunion. We thought to stay on campus, but changed our minds, and I’m so glad we did! It poured the weekend we were there. When it got too wet on campus, we retreated to this lovely home to snuggle under the couch blankets and play the Scrabble game and guitar that were provided. “ We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. “House seemed recently updated and in nice condition. If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet house, this is perfect for that. It is in the country on a hillside & no neighbors. A little bit uphill driveway, but we managed it fine. “What a wonderful and unexpected treasure. The hole is perfect. Clean a modern. Fire pit was an evening treat. Only a mile or so from SPAC. ”

“We rented this house for my son’s graduation from Skidmore College. Six family members and a dog stayed for the weekend. The place was perfect. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space (both indoors and outdoors) to relax. Easy check-in and check-out processes, and responsive management. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near walking trails, but amenities are close by. Easy access via back roads to Skidmore campus and SPAC grounds. We would stay here again.”
