“No signs showing where to park, so I parked at the valet parking. No valet there, had to give keys to person at check-in. Sent message that I needed to have car at 6:15 AM as directed. Got to room, sat down on very uncomfortable folding chair and saw a man's sock under the bed. In the morning went to check out, car not there, person at checkout opened the cabinet and said which keys are yours. I found my keys, she gave me a barcode sticker to get out of the garage and was directed to an alley……

“Hotel is renovated and very nice. Conveniently located to PPL Center. Staff at check-in and valet not friendly. ”

“I reserved a smoking room online, but when I arrived, the staff told me that there are no smoking room in the whole building. I am disappoint!”
