“We booked this hotel because of the hot tub after skilling sore muscles etc. It was not indicated that the hot tub was not in service or hasn't been. We would have chosen somewhere else based on just that. Also, breakfast was paid for at reservation on my card but were charged $50 for breakfast after planning for it to have been included.”

“The hotel meets all basic needs at a decent price but it can also be a hit/miss in some things. For example, during our stay unfortunately the toilet got clogged and overflowed onto the bathroom floor:/”

“The hotel room was very spacious and updated.The hotel is in a convenient location. I would definately stay again. The only issues we had were with the valet location and service in the restaurant. The valet is on the street and at one point when we returned there was an event in the arena. There was no space to attempt to return the car to the valet and we had to drive in circles for a while until space was available. In addition, we ate breakfast in the hotel one morning and it took over……
