“10/10 just like the last visit! If you’re lucky enough to get a room here please do yourself a favor, stop hesitating and reading reviews and book it! You will not regret it - I found this absolute GEM of a place for an overnight work trip! The people working here are the most attentive, polite and genuine people I’ve met in a very long time. Only word of caution is the restaurant onsite is closed Monday and Tuesday and there isn’t much in the way of dining options in the immediate vicinity,……

“This place was amazing! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms of course were super cool looking and fun and relaxing to sleep in. The spa services were great and we also had some good meals in Sulphur Springs. My only suggestion would be to have regular pods for the coffee maker. All they had were flavored ones and I was not a fan. But coffee's coffee! Would stay here again for sure. Might bring a girlfriend next time and not my husband ;-) ”

“The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting.……
